Refund and Cancellation Policy

This English text is provided for convenience; the Turkish version is authoritative. For consumers in Türkiye purchasing online, the Distance Sales Contract and Preliminary Information Form (Turkish) additionally apply at checkout.
1. Credits are provisioned instantly
Purchased credit packages are added to your account and become usable as soon as your payment is confirmed. For this reason — under the statutory exception for services performed instantly in electronic form / intangible goods delivered instantly — no right of withdrawal applies to credits; consumer buyers are informed of this before purchase and their acknowledgment is obtained.
2. Unused packages — 7-day refund
If you have not used any credit from a package, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by writing to help@wearon.ai; the amount is refunded minus any payment-institution fees we cannot recover.
3. No refunds for used packages
That a generated image is not to your liking is not, by itself, grounds for a refund; generated images do not warrant an exact representation of the real product (Terms of Service, Section 8.5). For justified technical complaints, a remedy may be provided in credits.
4. Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits
If a generation cannot be completed due to a technical error and no image is delivered to you, its credits are automatically returned to your account. A generated image that does not meet your expectations does not count as a failed generation (Section 3).
5. Credit validity
One-time packages are valid for 6 months from provisioning; purchasing a new package also renews the validity of your unused credits, and a reminder is sent before expiry. Subscription credits roll over for as long as the subscription is active; upon cancellation they expire at the end of the billing period.
6. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and payments within the period are non-refundable. Cancellation does not delete your account or content.
7. Service discontinuation
If Wearon discontinues the Service entirely, the price of unused purchased credits is refunded.
8. Commercial purchases
Purchases made on behalf of a business or for commercial purposes are commercial transactions and consumer legislation does not apply (Terms of Service, Section 5.7). The statutory rights of consumers are reserved.
